We're in need of a Community Manager to interact directly with our community of investors and get to guide through every necessary step to ensuring they get the best out of our services. You will answer questions, share information resources, create support tickets for support engineers to complete, and follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. You will communicate with customers primarily on Telegram, but also relay necessary info over email to the help desk. Community Managers will work in shifts so there’s always a Manager monitoring the community affairs 24/7. Your goal is to assist, educate, and excite every member of the community on our services positively.
